Camping La Verna is situated in the immediate vicinity of Chiusi della Verna at the edge of the splendid Casentino Forest Park in the heart of one of the most attractive landscapes in Tuscany , where spirituality and natural beauty meet in a context of sublime tranquillity. The campsite is just a couple of kilometres from the majestic Sanctuary of san Francesco, a site of constant pilgrimage over the centuries and a religious centre known all over the world. It is surrounded by small mediaeval hamlets, monasteries and Renaissance sites, and provides an ideal starting-point for excursions throughout the area. The campsite is fully equipped with "Camper service", pitches complete with eletricity sockets, bathrooms with free hot and cold water, bar, restaurant, pizzeria and swimming pool
